Efficiency refers to the representation of the ratio between the percentage of output and input. Since output is the input subtracted by loss, the efficiency is the same as the percentage of [Output/(Output+Loss)] or [Input-Loss)/Input, the efficiency can be said to have been improved when the obtained result value for energy use is larger than the used energy.
Improvement in electric power efficiency: Refers to the case where the resulting extent of electric power use obtained under the same conditions for the used electric power is increased.
