             Select an optimum load for TEST.\n                    <\/div>\n<div class=\"text2\">\n                        Fixed load (Load where peak values are as constant as possible, compressor, air conditioner, dust collector, exhaust fan, drainage pump, etc.)<br \/>\n                        Accurately check for capacity (220V\/380V\/440V), prepare [CESS] according to HP or KW for the electrical power\n                    <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p><!-- --><!-- --><\/p>\n<div class=\"step_box1 step_bg3\">\n<div class=\"text_box\">\n<div class=\"text1\">\n                        STEP3.<br \/>\n                        Measure voltage (Volt) and current (Ampere).\n                    <\/div>\n<div class=\"text2\">\n                        Measurement using a hook on meter is possible, and no measurements and tests are conducted in the case of high voltage\n                    <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p><!-- --><\/p>\n<div class=\"step_box2 step_bg4\">\n<div class=\"text_box2\" style=\"margin-top:-30px\">\n<div class=\"text1\">\n                        STEP4.<br \/>\n                        TEST by checking for phase connection method for power supply\n                    <\/div>\n<div class=\"text2\">\n                        \u00b73- phase 4-cable method (380V and 220V can be simultaneously used)<br \/>\n                        \u00b73- phase 2-cable method (TEST by selecting one type among 220V, 380V, 440V)<br \/>\n                        \u00b7Single-phase 2-cable method (TEST by using one type between 110V\/220V)<br \/>\n                        \u00b7Single-phase 3-cable method (110V\/220V can be used simultaneously)\n                    <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p><!-- --><!-- --><\/p>\n<div class=\"step_box1 step_bg5\">\n<div class=\"text_box\">\n<div class=\"text1\">\n                        STEP5.<br \/>\n                        Measure harmonics using power analyzer (EM9200, HIOKI3286, HIOKI13169, etc.)\n                    <\/div>\n<div class=\"text2\">\n                        \u00b7No long-time measurements are made when even one type of 3rd, 5th, 7th current <span class=\"ml10\">harmonics is higher than 10%.<\/span><br \/>\n                        \u00b7General test time is 20 minutes each, with the time being adjusted when peaks are fluid.<br \/>\n                        \u00b7Make sure to be careful since abnormalities can occur in the power analyzer when <span class=\"ml10\">harmonics are higher than 35%.<\/span>\n                    <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p><!-- --><\/p>\n<div class=\"step_box1 step_bg6\">\n<div class=\"text_box\">\n<div class=\"text1\">\n                        STEP6.<br \/>\n                        Check for KW (effective power) of loads\n                    <\/div>\n<div class=\"text2\">\n                        \u00b7In the case of more than 3 phase: KW = V x A x 1.732, PF<br \/>\n                        \u00b7In the case of single phase: KW= V x A\n                    <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p><!-- --><!-- --><\/p>\n<div class=\"step_box1 step_bg7\">\n<div class=\"text_box\">\n<div class=\"text1\">\n                        STEP7.<br \/>\n                        Connection method for power analyzer and CESS for TEST\n                    <\/div>\n<div class=\"text2\">\n                        \u00b7Connect CT and PT of power analyzer to the primary side of the main breaker<br \/>\n                        \u00b7Connection methods are varied slightly with types of power analyzer.<br \/>\n                        <span class=\"ml10\">Make connections with particular attention paid to current direction of CT<\/span><span class=\"ml10\">and to phase connection (R,S,T,N) of PT.<\/span><br \/>\n                        \u00b7Connect CESS for TEST to the secondary side of the breaker.<br \/>\n                        \u00b7Irrespective of voltages when the amount of current is higher than 200A, TEST by insertion <span class=\"ml10\">of clip-type terminal of connection part and fastening the CESS for TEST with bolt is<\/span><span class=\"ml10\">recommended in the state with power supply of the breaker disconnected.<\/span><br \/>\n                        \u00b7Make sure to install the breaker for connection with CESS in OFF state upon installation, <span class=\"ml10\">and demolish in OFF state also upon demolition.<\/span>\n                    <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p><!-- --><\/p>\n<div class=\"step_box2 step_bg8\">\n<div class=\"text_box2\">\n<div class=\"text1\">\n                        STEP8.\n                    <\/div>\n<div class=\"text2\" style=\"margin-top:10px\">\n                        Measure power analyzer for about 20 min to 1 hr with breaker for (primary) CESS connection in OFF state and test for about 20 min to 1 hr together with the power analyzer after connection with 9 secondary) CESS, followed by printout of DATA.\n                    <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p><!-- --><!-- --><\/p>\n<div class=\"step_box2 step_bg9\">\n<div class=\"text_box2\">\n<div class=\"text1\">\n                        STEP9.\n                    <\/div>\n<div class=\"text2\">\n                        After obtaining signatures of the customer and the person in charge for the customer company on the DATA with a printout completed, bring the original DATA to the headquarters.\n                    <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p><!-- --><\/p>\n<div
